UNC Leadership Survey 2013:
Over 1300 talent management professionals participated in this research study which explores the demand for high-potential talent, the competencies used to identify high-potential talent, and the challenges organizations face in identifying high-potential talent. According to the research:
- 84% report the demand for high-potential talent has increased in the past five years,
- 47% stated that the current pool of high-potential talent does not meet the anticipated future need,
- 52% of those surveyed are only moderately satisfied with their current process to identify high-potential talent.
